Everything you need to know about ResumeSync before you start.
ResumeSync uses AI to generate a tailored resume based on your LinkedIn profile and a specific job description. You upload your LinkedIn PDF, paste the job description, answer a few verification questions about your experience, and get a resume that matches the role — using only your real, verified background.
Generic AI tools write generic resumes. ResumeSync uses a structured interview process to verify which parts of your experience actually match the specific job, then builds the resume around that. It also follows a strict rule: nothing is invented or inferred without your confirmation. The result is accurate, not just plausible.
You need to export your LinkedIn profile as a PDF (LinkedIn → Me → Settings & Privacy → Data Privacy → Get a copy of your data, or simply print your profile to PDF). This gives the AI the raw material to work with. You can also paste your experience as plain text if you prefer.
The interview takes about 3–5 minutes. Resume generation takes 20–40 seconds once you've completed the interview and paid. The whole process from start to finished resume is typically under 10 minutes.
The resume is delivered as formatted markdown, which you can copy into Google Docs, Word, or Notion. You can also download it as a .md file. We're building native Word and PDF export — it's on the roadmap.
The €1 fee covers the AI processing cost for your resume. It also keeps the service lean — no subscription, no credits, no free tier with a catch. One job, one resume, one euro.
There's no free trial, but €1 is a low-risk way to try it. If the result isn't useful, contact us and we'll refund you — no questions asked.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. ResumeSync never sees or stores your card details. We accept all major cards.
Your documents are used only to generate your resume during the session. They are not stored permanently — session data is automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Yes — to generate your resume, your document content is processed by our AI provider. They do not use API data to train their models by default. See our AI & Data Usage page for full details.
No account is needed to generate a resume. You pay, answer the interview, and get your resume — that's it. An account lets you save resumes, track applications, and use the job CRM. It's optional and free to create.
If you created an account, you can request full deletion by emailing privacy@resumesync.studio. We will delete your account, all saved resumes, and all job tracker data within 30 days. For one-off (no-account) sessions, data is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
ResumeSync works best for professional roles where a tailored written resume is expected — office, knowledge, and service sector roles. It works across all experience levels. It's less suited to portfolios-only roles (visual artists, architects) where a CV is secondary to the work itself.
ResumeSync won't invent experience you don't have. If there are real gaps between your background and the role, the QA section at the bottom of your resume will flag them honestly — with suggestions for how to address them. A transparent resume that explains transferable relevance is stronger than one that hides the gap.
Yes. Each resume generation is a separate €1 transaction. For multiple applications, it's worth generating a fresh resume for each role — the tailoring is the point. Pro subscribers get unlimited generations.
